New: Labels in MightyText

We’ve added Labels in the MightyText Web App to help you better organize your text messages. (This is similar to Labels in Gmail, in case you’re familiar with that.)

To get you started, we automatically created two labels for you: Important and To-Do.

Let’s say you have something important to follow up on or a simple to-do item. You can now mark these text messages with labels for easier follow up.

Creating Labels

In addition to the Important and To-Do labels, you can create your own labels. There are two ways to do this:

Applying Labels to Messages

You can apply label(s) one message at a time:

Or to multiple messages at once:

View Messages in a Label

Now that you’ve created and applied a few labels, you can view all messages with that label

Deleting Labels

Don’t need a particular label anymore? Delete it:

NOTE: When you delete a label, it will be removed from all messages it was applied to

Labels in MightyText Pro

In addition to the Important and To Do’s labels, you can create 2 more labels in the free version of MightyText.

MightyText Pro users can create unlimited labels.
